On behalf of everyone in the band I want to wish you all a safe happy merry christmas and new year. None of this would be worth the trouble without the support and companionship out our many friends and family who show up to see us time and time again. We are truley blessed and are grateful to each and every one. There are too many to name but be sure that we know you all. Many thanks and blessings.
News of the day;
12/09/2009: It's been a while since we updated the site and we are working on a whole new design. The band has been off for the holiday season and we are working on retooling the setlist with some great new material by bands like ACDC, Van Halen, Jesus Jones, LoverBoy. We have updated the YOUTUBE site with fresh new videos taken at the Bottleneck Blues Bar and Baha Rock Club as well as adding a new FaceBook page for the band. We have added dates to some Illinois clubs like Sharky's in Collinsville and Eddies in Granite City so we can bring the thrilling Arbogast Experience to the east-side. We are also working on adding some new clubs in the St Louis area and the dates will be posted on the schedule page and sent out on the mailing list as they are added. Jake Arbogast has left the band to finish his degree at Lindenwood University. I miss him terribly but he has been replaced by Rick Heim and my longtime bro Dan 'satch' Ralston has signed on as lighting and equipment manager as well as helping me as a guitar and amp tech.
07/06/09: The search for drummer Joe Donahue's replacement is finally over. After meeting and jamming with nearly 50 drummers we have found our man (or should I say that he 'found us')!
Greg 'Boom' Bishop emerged for the shadows at the last minute and saved the day! Check out Greg's impressive bio on the 'MEET THE BAND' page. We bid a sad farewell to our great friend and drummer Joe Donahue. Mark would like to personaly thank Joe for all his help and advice the last few years. "Joe, We would not have made it this far without your help. You one of the best and most professional musicians I have ever met, and I have met quite a few. Thanks for being there when I needed you most."
We have some new dates scheduled later in the year at a great new club in Wentzville Missouri called 'The Ice House'. Some of St Louis's best bands are there like Griffin and the Gargoyles, Paint the Earth, Plastic, and more. Stop by and check out this great new club run by Bill Hynes and his staff.
11/9/08: Vocalist
Ron Smith is officially
our new vocalist and frontman. Ron rocks! We
are currently busy learning some new tunes featuring
Ron on lead vocals, plus we're adding some fresh
material for Mark and Chris as well. Be sure
to check us out soon - I think you'll like what
you hear!
